RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Free Standard Ground shipping and returns with orders $150+
- Orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of placing your order
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, in its original condition
- Sale, discounted, promotional and special order items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit
- We do not accept returns on home products including fragrances, candles, incense, beauty and cosmetics
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
- Orders made online, can be returned or exchanged in store, at our Chicago location
- In-store returns are refunded in store credit only- no refunds
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Address the subject of your email EXCHANGE: Order #. We will check on the size/color option for you and reserve your inventory request. Exchanges cannot be sent out until original merchandise is received. You will received an email once your exchange has been sent out. You will also be required to pay an additional shipping fee.
Orders shipped within Illinois will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped outside the state of Illinois could be subject to State Sales Tax.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 5pm CST, or on weekend days or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Sofia LLC offers four types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. All packages are shipped via UPS and we offer the following shipping options:
- 3 Day Select
- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air
*Orders placed for overnight service before 2:00 PM CST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Tracking Your Order
To track your shipment via UPS, refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.
